1. Heard the learned Counsel for the respondent.
2. On 10th August, 2022, this Court had passed the following order2. None appeared for the petitioner.
3. On 19th January, 2021, this Court has recorded that the petitioner had not been diligently pursued the petition. It was inter alia, observed as under. - "2. I am inclined to grant the request with an observation that petitioner has changed many advocates and whenever the matter is to go on, the advocate is changed. As last chance, time is given upto and including 16th February, 2021 to engage another advocate.
3. Stand over to 23rd February 2021 on which date no further time will be granted and the petition may get dismissed."
4. The company petition was admitted on 15th April, 2005.
5. Hence, post for dismissal on 24th August, 2022.

4. The petition stands dismissed.
5. The dismissal of the petition to be advertised in two newspapers namely Freepress Journal and Navshakti and Government Gazette.
6. The respondent shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- with the Official Liquidator towards the expenses of the advertisement of the dismissal of the petition.
7. If any balance remains, after incurring the expenditure, the Official Liquidator to refund the same to the respondent, without seeking further directions of the Court.
