The time provided for the Petitioner to approach the office of the Court Receiver for enforcement of the order dated 25 June 2014 is extended by a period of one week. The Receiver's Report was for nonlodgment of the petition and the order dated 25 June 2014 with the office of the Court Receiver.

With the extension of time granted today, the petition and order already lodged by the Petitioner after expiry of the original period, is now within time. The Court Receiver's Report is, accordingly, disposed of.
