Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff states that parties have arrived at a settlement, that he wishes to vacate the order of arrest dated 31st March 2017 and to withdraw the suit. Learned Advocate for the Plaintiff further states that there is no caveat against release. 3.

In view of the same, the suit is allowed to be withdrawn, the order of arrest is vacated, and the Defendant vessel m.v. Long Dar stands released from arrest. Refund of Court Fees as per Rules. Poundage payable by the Plaintiff as per Rules. The Plaintiff undertakes to pay the poundage by 7th April, 2017. The undertaking is accepted.
