Prayer clause (a) of the Petition reads as under:- "[a] This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in the nature thereof directing the High Power Committee to decide the Petitioner's plea for interim reliefs in Appeal No. 175 of 2014 expeditiously in accordance with law and preferably within a time-bound period as may be directed by this Hon'ble Court;"

WP.727.2015.905.doc 2) When the Petition was placed today, Mr. Reddy appearing for Respondent No. 1 states that he has instructions from the High Power Committee to make a statement that the above Appeal would be disposed of by the High Power Committee within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3) In view of this statement, which we have accepted as an undertaking given to this Court, the Petitioner does not press the Petition any further. It is disposed of by clarifying that all contentions of all parties are kept open.
