46-NMS-576-2014.DOC the Applicant states that the Defendant No.1 has expired and seeks leave of this Court to join legal heirs of Respondent No.1 as Respondents. For that purpose she seeks time to file appropriate Chamber Summons.

Permission is granted to the Plaintiff in the Suit to take out appropriate Chamber Summons for bringing legal heirs of the Defendant No.1 on record within a period of three weeks. 4.

The Suit along with Notices of Motion No.1109 of 2015, 1039 of 2016 & 1396 of 2017 be placed on board on 18th June, 2019.
