By this Chamber Summons, the Plaintiffs propose to delete Defendant No. 1, the principal debtor, and to continue the suit only against other defendants who are guarantors. They also seek to delete the name of Plaintiff No. 2 since it has amalgamated with Plaintiff No. 1, and to correct the name of Plaintiff No. 3 whose name has changed.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.

In the meantime, the Advocate for Defendants Nos. 2 and 3 has passed away. The Plaintiffs' Advocate will serve copies of the amended plaint afresh on Defendants Nos. 2 and 3. I am informed that no Written Statement has yet been filed despite due service of the Writ of Summons.
