Interim Application No.1/2020 stands disposed of. Amendment shall be carried out on or before 10/03/2020. Re-verifcation is dispensed with.

List the Interim Application Nos.1/2019 and 2/2019 in Company Petition No.149/2016 on 12/03/2020.

The Applicants in both Interim Application Nos.1/2019 and 2/2019 to ensure that they shall serve the Petitioner with the papers and proceedings on or before the next date.
