This Chamber Summons is taken out for amendment of the Petition. In the Petition, the Petitioner has challenged the collection of trade refuse charges by the Respondent-Corporation. The RespondentCorporation in its reply has referred to certain Circulars revising the trade refuse charges. The amendment is in relation to the said Circulars. 2.

Though the learned Counsel for the Respondent-Corporation has opposed the Chamber Summons, I am inclined to allow the Chamber Summons, as by the said Circulars the trade refuse charges have been revised by the Respondent-Corporation.

Chamber Summons is, therefore, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Amended copy of the Petition be served upon the Respondent-Corporation within one week thereafter. Additional Reply, if any, be filed by the RespondentCorporation on or before 19 June 2015. 5.

At the request of the learned Counsel for the parties, the Petition is adjourned to 29 June 2015.
