Learned Counsel for the Respondents has pointed out an extract of the Trade Marks Journal, which shows that pursuant to the Trade mark Application of the Petitioner dated 27-12-2012, the Petitioner's mark "CHAMPION" has been registered.

In the circumstances, we are not inclined to exercise our extraordinary writ jurisdiction to entertain the Petition. The Petition shall accordingly stand dismissed.
