By an order dated 12-12-2014 the above Company Petition was admitted and directed to be advertised. The Advocate for the Petitioner has advertised the admission of the Petition in two local newspapers and invited claims from the workers/creditors of the Company. Advertisements have appeared in two local newspapers dated 24-12-2014 and the Maharashtra Government Gazette. However, the Advocate for the Petitioner has not received any claims in response to the said advertisements. The parties have now entered into a Memorandum of Understanding whereunder the Company has agreed to pay certain amounts to the Petitioner as recorded therein. In view thereof, the learned Advocate for the Petitioner seeks to withdraw the above Company Petition. The Company Petition is accordingly disposed of as ssp 1/2
