The counsel undertakes to file affidavit of service during the course of today.

No reply has been filed on behalf of the respondent viz. plaintiff no.4. Nobody is appearing for plaintiff no.4. In the circumstances, for reasons mentioned in the affidavit in support, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clause-(a) and accordingly disposed.
