Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants. 2.

This Chamber Summons is taken out to delete the names of plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2, who passed away on 14 th February, 2017 and 11th May, 2014, respectively, and to implead the new trustee who came to be appointed in place of plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2.

The Plaintiff Nos. 1 and 2 were impleaded in the capacity of the trustees of R.D. Sethna Scholarship Fund. 4.

The learned Counsel for the defendant Nos. 1 to 3 fairly submits that the defendant Nos.1 to 3 do not oppose the prayers in the Chamber Summons.

The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause "a" and "b".

6.

Necessary amendment in accordance with the schedule appended to the Chamber Summons be carried out within a period of two weeks and copy of the amended plaint be served on the all defendants.
