By this interim application, the applicant seeks impleadment of the legal heirs of the petitioner who expired on 31st January, 2020. A copy of the death certificate is annexed to the interim application. The interim application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). The amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The amended copy of the review petition shall be served upon the respondents, advocate simultaneously. Re-verification is dispensed with.
