1] The learned counsel for the Plaintiffs state that office objection about payment of deficit court fee shall be dispensed with in the wake of particular order passed that the maximum fee payable in the suit shall be Rs.3 Lakhs and since the Plaintiffs have already paid the fee as per the Maharashtra Court Fees Act, the objection do not survive and deserve to be dispensed with.

2] In the wake of above, the Registrar shall register the Suit filed by the Plaintiffs by accepting the maximum Court fee provided no other objections survive and if there are any other office objections, they shall be cleared within a period of two weeks from today. [BHARATI DANGRE, J] 1/1
