Further to the order dated 10th April 2018 read with the orders dated 16th April 2018 and 18th April 2018, applicant has advertised the proposed recall and setting aside the winding up order dated 4th January 2018 and Shraddha Talekar PS 1/2

1.cp.767.2015==.doc admission order dated 8th March 2017. One Pankaj Balwani, ex-director of applicant has filed an affidavit affirmed on 4th May 2018 confirming the same. The affidavit is taken on record.

Shri Kalra appearing for applicant states that his instructing advocates have not received any claim from any party either supporting or opposing the application for proposed recall of the two orders. The official liquidator to be paid a sum of Rs.50,000/- as costs by applicant and this amount to be paid within two weeks from today and only upon payment of this amount, this order will come into effect. Company Application accordingly disposed.

Notwithstanding disposal of the application, within two weeks, all office objections to be removed and application to be numbered. In view of above, company petition dismissed as withdrawn. (K.R. SHRIRAM, J.) Shraddha Talekar PS 2/2
