The learned AGP has placed on record a copy of the order dated 8th March, 2018 passed by the State Government by which an order of remand has been made by the State Government. In view of this order of the State Government, prayer clause (d) will not survive. In view of the order of remand, at this stage, it is not necessary to keep the Petition pending as far as prayers (b) and (c) are concerned. We, accordingly, dispose of the Petition. However, it will be open for the petitioner to file a fresh Petition seeking relief in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) if occasion for doing so arises.
