Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, we deem it convenient to dispose of this petition by directing Respondent No.1 to dispose of Application Nos.3737 of 1976, 3690 of 1989, 2746 of 1991 and 773 of 1995 as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Ordered accordingly. 2.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter. All points and contentions of the respective parties are kept open.

In order to enable Respondent No. 1 to comply with the direction given hereinabove, the Petitioner shall remain present before Respondent no.1 along with a copy of this order and copy of afore-stated applications on 18th June 2018.
