Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Perused the earlier order dated 21 March 2023 adjourning the Public Interest Litigation (PIL) by way of last chance for the Petitioner to file an additional affidavit. This order was passed because in the earlier order, the Court had expressed doubt regarding

Trupti 24-pil-33-2022.doc bona fides of the Petitioner. No affidavit is filed. The learned Senior Advocate for Respondent Nos. 6 and 7 opposes to grant any further time contending that the PIL is motivated.

Except stating that the Petitioner is a social worker, nothing is stated about the Petitioner. We are not at all convinced about bona fides of the Petitioner in filing this PIL.

Keeping the cause open, as and when it is brought before us by a person with unquestionable bona fides within reasonable time after following the Rules, subject to the objection of the Respondents, we dispose of the PIL.
