By this notice of motion, applicant seeks condonation of delay of 14 days in filing arbitration petition. No affidavit in reply is filed. On perusal of the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, I am satisfied that the delay has been properly explained and case for condonation of delay is made out. Learned counsel appearing for the respondent vehemently opposes this reliefs claimed in the notice of motion. For the reasons recorded in the affidavit in support of the notice of motion, delay of 14 days in filing arbitration petition is condoned. Notice of motion is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. 2.
