Rules and to restore the same to file.

Have considered the affidavit in support. In view of what is averred in the affidavit in support, the prayers sought in this chamber summons are required to be allowed.

The execution application lodging no.175 of 2013 is restored to file. The undertaking of the advocate for the applicant to have the execution application numbered within two weeks from today is accepted and so ordered.
