Heard learned Counsel for the parties.

The petition challenges an order passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee-Respondent No.1 herein, closing the appeal for orders. After the matter is heard at some length, it is agreed between learned Counsel for all parties that the impugned order can be set aside and the matter can be remanded to Grievance Redressal Committee for a fresh hearing in accordance with law and after giving opportunity to make representation to the Petitioners herein. The impugned order dated 15 March 2018 is, accordingly, quashed and set aside. Grievance Redressal Committee is

901. WPL 1036-18.doc directed to hear the appeal afresh after giving adequate opportunities to all the parties including the Petitioners herein to make representation in the appeal.

All parties shall appear before the Grievance Redressal Committee on 9 April 2018 at 11.00 a.m. when the schedule of hearings can be fixed by the committee. The committee shall hear all stakeholders and pass a reasoned order within a period of four weeks thereafter. It is made clear that all parties shall co-operate with the committee and not seek any adjournment, to enable the committee to conclude the hearing and pass an order within time.

The petition is disposed of.
