Mr.Pulin Bole-Director of defendant no.1 present in Court. ---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 20.4.2016 P.C.:- The counsel for the defendant no.1 states that as on date the defendant no.1 has not created any third party rights in the suit property. He also states that there is no injunction restraining defendant no.1 from creating any third party rights. The counsel also states on the instructions from Mr.Pulin Bole who is Director of the defendant no.1 that defendant no.1 is part of the group called Raiskaran and there are various companies including defendant no.1 under the group name Raiskaran. He states that it is merely a group name. He further states that within 2 weeks from today, in the website of Raiskaran they will add a line that suit property owned by

defendant no.1 or the name of any other entity if at all the suit property is sold or transferred within the group. In view of the statement made which is accepted as an undertaking given to this Court, Chamber summons stands disposed. The counsel for the plaintiff states that the plaintiff has filed affidavit of documents, compilation of documents and also evidence in lieu of examination in chief of the plaintiff. The counsel states that before the end of this week, they will serve a copy of the affidavit of documents, compilation of documents as also the affidavit of evidence upon the defendants.

Within two weeks, defendants to take inspection of the documents and also file and serve upon the plaintiff their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial of the documents. Within two weeks from today, the defendants also to file their affidavit of documents and compilation of documents and serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff. Within two weeks of receiving copy of the compilation and affidavit of documents, the plaintiff to take inspection of defendants' documents and file their statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial.

Within one week from today, the plaintiff also to file their list of witnesses and serve copy thereof upon the defendants. As this is a suit of the year 2007, parties are put to notice that if they fail to meticulously comply with these directions they will be put to terms.
