2] Respondent No.1 though served is not appearing and it is informed that as recorded by the arbitral tribunal in the minutes of the meeting dated 18th June 2018, respondent No.1 has given no objection for extension of the mandate of the tribunal for a period of six months. 3] It is informed that respondent No.2 is exparte before the arbitral tribunal.

4] Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and having perused the record, it in the interest of justice that the mandate of the arbitral tribunal to conclude the arbitral proceeding and make an award is finally extended for a period of 9 months.
