1] Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks time to file rejoinder to the additional affidavit in reply filed by Respondent Nos.1 and 2. Rejoinder to be filed within two weeks.

2] Since Suit No.494 of 2013 has already been disposed of as withdrawn by the Plaintiff in that suit, Notice of Motion No.1196 of 2013 does not survive and the same is disposed of. Learned counsel for the Contemnors/Respondent Nos.1 and 2 tenders his clients' replies to the Contempt Petition. The same are taken on record. The Contempt Petition and the companion Notice of Motion being Notice of Motion No.1176 of Balaji Govindrao Panchal 2018 are stood over to 17th October 2018.
