By this interim application, petitioners are seeking to delete petitioner no.1 from the cause title, renumber petitioner numbers and after paragraph 1 add paragraph 1(a) as per the schedule at Exhibit B to the interim application. This amendment has become necessary because petitioner no.1 expired on 6th January 2023, leaving behind petitioner nos.2, 3 and 4 as only surviving legal heirs.

Leave to amend as per the draft tendered is granted. Amendment to be carried out and amended petition to be served within one week from today. Amendment has to be re-verified. This is notwithstanding the fact that the petition might be disposed today after hearing, by a separate order. Interim application disposed.
