Company Petition No.42/2012 is ripe for hearing with all the pleadings of both the parties in place. The company petition shall be disposed of by the Company Law Board, as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within a period of six months from today. All rights and contentions of the parties on merits are kept expressly open.

There shall be no order as to costs.
