Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in support of the chamber summons. The applicant is the writ petitioner. We have heard the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

The prayer is for permitting amendment of the writ petition on the basis of the subsequent events. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, the amendment deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the chamber summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Amendment to be carried out within four weeks from today.
