The parties have obtained a Statement of Disclosure from Mr Prathamesh Kamat. There are evident typographical errors in the dates of his covering letter and in Statement of Disclosure. The date of the covering letter is shown as 10th December 2017 and on the Statement of Disclosure it is shown as 9th April 2017. Both are incorrect. My previous order was of 2nd May 2017. I will treat Mr Kamat's letter and statement as being dated thereafter, on 8th May 2017.

Mr Kamat's letter and Statement of Disclosure are taken on record and marked 'X1' and 'X2' for identification with today's date respectively. The disputes between the parties are referred to the sole arbitration of Mr Kamat. The Advocates for the Petitioner will place an authenticated copy of this order before Mr Kamat on or before 9th June 2017. He is requested to call his first meeting at his earliest convenience thereafter.

Both sides will be at liberty to file applications under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before Mr Kamat. He is requested to dispose of any such application at the earliest and, if possible, within four months of it being filed. All rights and contentions on both sides are specifically kept open. 4.
The Applicant has already filed a Petition under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. This is Arbitration Petition No. 327 of 2017. It is not on board. By consent, it is taken on board. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty to the Petitioner to file the same as an application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before Mr Kamat specifically keeping all rights and contentions open.
