For reasons assigned in the Application and to advance the cause of substantive justice, the Application stands allowed. The order of dismissal of the Company Application (L) No.80 of 2019 for non-removal of office objections dated rd January, 2020 stands recalled, subject to the Applicants removing office objections on or before 11 th November, 2022. In the event, the office objections are not removed by 11 th November, 2022, this order shall stand automatically vacated. 3.
