We have heard the learned Counsel appearing for the contesting parties. Leave is granted to make a fresh application before the learned Single Judge in view of the change in circumstances for transfer of suit property by way of registered Gift Deed in favour of Appellant's son Abhishek. 910 appst 161-18=.doc Needless to mention that the earlier Gift Deed stood cancelled on 19.02.2018. All contentions of the parties are kept open. In case any application is made, the learned Single Judge would deal with the same in accordance with law.
