Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the Testamentary Petition No.963 of 2016 for grant of letters of administration is already allowed by this Court by an order dated 27th October 2016. The petitioner seeks permission to sell the immovable property in question to the third party for a total consideration of Rs.27 lakh.

I have perused the affidavit in support of the judge's order and I have heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

The applicant has made out a case for reliefs as prayed. I have therefore signed the judge's order. The judge's order is accordingly disposed of.
