This application is taken out to condone the delay of 18 months in filing the claim before the Official Liquidator. 2.

On the basis of the order passed by this Court on 25th August, 2021 in OLR No.54 of 2021, the Official Liquidator has adjudicated the claim of the claimants. The applicant is one of them. The delay therefore deserves to be condoned. 3.

Hence, the following order.

ORDER

((i) The application stands allowed.
