The challenge in this petition is to the action taken by the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (for short, "MCGM") in respect of withdrawal of exemption from payment of octroi on the marble materials imported by the petitioners for charitable purpose of construction of Jain Temple within the limits of MCGM. The petitioner is also praying for refund of the octroi which was collected Kiran Kawre
