This is an application for restoration of the company application, which was dismissed for default on 5th March 2020. The explanation for missing the matter on 5th March 2020 can be found in the last 5 sentences of paragraph 9 of the interim application. The attending counsel was on his legs before the another court and that attending counsel is Mr. Shah, who is appearing today. Mr. Shah also points out that the order was uploaded on 6th March 2020 and interim application has been taken out on 11th March 2020. For this reason, I am inclined to allow the interim application. In the circumstances, the order dated 5th March 2020 is recalled. Company application no.24 of 2020 is restored to file. Gauri Gaekwad
