A scrutiny report signed by Mr. Hareendran of the ICSW and dated 7th April 2016 noted that the HIV report of the minor was yet to be submitted. Mr. Kapoor for the Petitioners submits an updated compilation which is taken on record and marked "X2" for identification. This has the necessary report as also a document of surrender of the minor's birth mother. The proposed adoptive parents are Italian. The proposed adoptive father works in the

905-FAP-26-2016.DOC Military Police with the rank of Corporal. I have seen the other documents such as the child care report, the home study report, the medical history and progress report of the minor. I am satisfied that the Petition deserves to be granted.
