The IA seeks an order vacating arrest of the defendant no.1-vessel and compensation for wrongful arrest of the vessel in a sum of USD 2,720,000. The application for vacating the arrest of vessel is today rendered infructuous since the learned counsel for the parties have agreed that the vessel has already sailed pursuant to deposit of monies in this court. 2.

In view thereof, IA is disposed as infructuous. 3.

Parties shall file and exchange affidavits-of-documents within eight weeks from today.
