None appears on behalf of the Petitioner. It appears that Petitioner is not keen in pursuing the petition. Petition was practically disposed of by virtue of order dated 22nd November, 2005. If the construction is completed pursuant to the said order, the Respondent Municipal Corporation is at liberty to examine whether all conditions are complied by the Petitioner, as mentioned in the IOD, and if he has not complied any of the condition, Respondent - Corporation is at liberty to take action in accordance with law. With this direction, writ petition is disposed of.
