CORAM: G.S. PATEL, J DATED:

13th April 2016 PC:- 1.

The report dated 9th April 2016 from the Mr. O. Hareendran, Scrutiny Officer of the ICSW noted that the HIV report of the minor was required. Mr. Kapoor for the Petitioners tenders an updated compilation. This is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. It contains the medical reports (both HIV and Hepatitis B) are negative. There is also a declaration of

908-FAP-29-2016.DOC surrender by the minor's birth mother and a copy of the discharge card issued by the MCGM.

2.

I have seen the Petition. The adoptive parents are Italian. I have considered the financial documents, the home study report, the child study report and the child medical history. I do note however, that the child has a slight medical issue thart requires treatment. This is a Zinc Deficiency and he requires regular skin treatment. The parents have confirmed the condition and that they will provide the necessary care. This is noted for the record. 3.

I am satisfied that the male minor Roy will find a suitable home with the adoptive parents and that the Petition deserves to be allowed.

The Judge's Order is separately signed.
