Chamber Summons No.433/2017 is taken out for impeladment of legal heirs of deceased Plaintiff No.7. There is a delay in taking out the chamber summons. The delay, however, is explained in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support, the delay is condoned and the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). Amendment to be carried out within three weeks from today. The plaint be served on the newly added legal heirs of Plaintiff No.7.

The suit and the motions to come up on board for directions on 24 August 2017.
