Ms. Taralkar appearing for respondents undertakes to file vakalatnama during the course of this week. Undertaking accepted. Ms. Taralkar states that there is a stay to the winding up of the company and relied on an order passed by a Single Judge in the Vacation on 29th December 2017.

I have perused the order and it does not stay the winding up order. The order only restrains the official liquidator from sealing the office of the company (in liquidation).
