The Assistant Official Liquidator has no objection. In view of the averments made in the affidavit in support, the application is allowed and accordingly disposed of in terms of prayer clause - (a), which reads as under :- "(a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to pass an order that the delay of 10 years 1 month 5 days to file the Affidavit of Proof of Debt in respect of dues of the Applicant, with the Respondent be condoned and the Respondent be ordered to take on record the Affidavit of Proof of Debt to be filed by the Applicant with the Respondent and adjudicate the said claim in accordance with law."
