The plaintiffs have not even moved for any ad-interim relief or urgent orders. No case is made out today as to why interim relief should be granted. Moreover the suit is ripe for hearing as the defendants have filed their written statement.

In the circumstances, the notice of motion is dismissed. The plaintiffs and the defendants to file their respective affidavit of documents and compilation of documents on or before 1st July, 2016. Inspection to be given of each others documents by 9th July, 2016. The statement of admission and denial with reasons for denial to be filed and exchanged by 16th July, 2016. Gauri Gaekwad

2/2 49.NMS-974-2010.doc Both the counsel appearing for the opposing parties state that as it is a family dispute they are ready and willing to go for mediation.

Mr. Ram Apte, senior advocate is appointed as Mediator in the matter. The fees and administrative expenses of the Mediator to be shared equally between the parties, i.e., 50% by the plaintiffs together and 50% by the defendants together. The Mediator is requested to complete the process of mediation as expeditiously as possible and in any event within four weeks from today.

It is clarified that the appointment of a Mediator does not mean that the directions given above will not be complied with. Stand over to 25th July, 2016 for issues.
