1] In both these petitions, the petitioner (respondent no. 6) and Dena Bank (original appellant) have challenged the impugned order passed by the Chairman, DRAT. Since both the petitioners have challenged this order, in our view, it will be advisable to recall the said order and to remand the matter back to the DRAT. Impugned order is therefore set aside. Matter is remanded back to the DRAT. We request the DRAT to dispose of the appeal expeditiously. 2] Both the petitions are disposed of.
