Ms.Shah appearing for respondent states that in view of Clause 10(a) of the Work Order dated 28th April 2011, copy whereof is at Exh.'D' to the applicant, only Court's in Ahmedabad will have jurisdiction even to consider an application 11 of th Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. In view of this statement made by Ms. Shah, Mr. Deshpande for application seeks leave to withdraw this application and file the same in Ahmedabad High Court.
