By this application, the advocate for the original petitioner No.2 is seeking amendment of the original petition, as per schedule annexed to the application and consequential issuance of an amended succession certificate. 2.

At the outset, it is submitted on behalf of the applicant that in the schedule at Exhibit A to the present application at page No.7, there is an error in the total amount, which needs to be corrected to Rs.20,56,004/-. Learned counsel seeks leave to make amendment in the schedule at Exhibit A accordingly.

In the interest of justice, the applicant is permitted to amend the schedule at page No.7 to state the correct total amount of the securities. The amendment be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with. 4.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that when this Court had granted succession certificate on 22.01.2021, the applicant, who is a senior citizen, was not aware about certain securities and he became aware about the same subsequently. Details of the same need to be incorporated. 5.

In the interest of justice, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) therein. Consequential amendment be carried out within one week from today.
