Further to the directions given by this court on 6th December 2022, appellant has filed a further affidavit of one Pooja Arambhan affirmed on 12th December 2022.

With the assistance of Mr. Bhabhada, we have considered the affidavit. In view of what is stated in the additional affidavit, we are condoning the delay of 53 days.

Appellant to pay within one week from today a sum of Rs.5000/- to the office of the Official Liquidator and the amount to be credited to the common pool fund.
