Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to file a representation. If such representation is made within a period of four weeks from today to the Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Maharashtra, the same shall be decided expeditiously. The Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The interim relief granted on 26 March 2015 not to allot the flat No.5 in question to any person (if not already allotted) shall continue to operate until the decision by the Additional Additional Chief Secretary, Home Department, Government of Maharashtra, and for a period of three weeks thereafter.
