After the petitions were argued for some time and the Court expressed its disinclination to grant interim relief, Mr.Kamat seeks leave to withdraw the petitions. Leave is granted. Both petitions stand dismissed as withdrawn.

Since both the petitions are withdrawn and time to comply with the learned Chairperson's directions expires today, in the
2 of 2 SB.924.WP(L).961.2017 peculiar facts and circumstances, and the Petitioner in Writ Petition (L) No.961 of 2017 being a lady-house wife, we grant extension of four weeks to comply with the directions of learned Chairperson in both the petitions.
