Heard the learned Advocates appearing for the parties and the following order is passed by consent :

(i) The landlord and the tenants shall file separate applications before the Assistant Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Mumbai seeking appropriate reliefs/permissions within a period of two weeks from today. (ii) Upon receipt of such applications, the Assistant Commissioner K-E Ward, Municipal Corporation Mumbai shall hear the parties and pass speaking orders.

906.wp.1701.2018.doc (iii) The entire exercise shall be completed by the Assistant Commissioner, K-E Ward, MCGM Mumbai within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of such applications.
