1. Ld. Advocate for the petitioner submitted a draft along with affidavit of the petitioner affirmed on 20.04.2023, copy of the grant issued on 09.12.2021, rent receipt issued by the MHADA, draft agreement for sale, consent affidavits of Rehana and Nisar affirmed on 09.11.2022.

2. There are some corrections in a draft which are required to be carried out. Furthermore, petitioner to add paragraph distribution of the sale proceeds as per the law as suggested.
